Merkel 201E 12 Gauge Combo Set 12 / 7X65R. This is a two barrel set. The first set of barrels are 12 gauge o/u 28" with a three piece fore end and mirror bores that measure: .725/.725 and chokes: .027/.037, full length vent rib and a 2 3/4" chamber. The second set of barrels are 25 1/2" with a twelve gauge bore over a 7 x 65R barrel. The shot barrel measures: .725 with .037 choke. Full length solid rib with a roll over open sight and a very clean, possibly unfired rifle barrel. The action is coin finish with deep relief game scene engraving, 90% coverage, and a Kersten bolt, set trigger, cocking indicators, auto safe, sling swivels, 95% blue overall. The stock is a pistol grip/ splinter with very strong, as-new chequering and finish, 14 1/2" lop to a factory plate, 2 3/8" dah, 1 3/4" dac, 0 cast, cheek piece.
