Beesley Single Trigger Twelve
F. Beesley single trigger twelve, This gun is in great shape with honest wear. The action is 90% covered in tight, well done scroll, and the bottom of the action has "Beesley's Patent" engraved on it. I believe this is in reference to the single trigger as that the action of the gun is a Baker and not a Beesley self opener. The action itself is silver and in good working order being very tight on the face. The barrels and furniture show about 60% blue with wear at the hand. The barrels are 28" with a narrow rib and the bores measure to:.730/.730, the chokes are:.013/.029 and very clean. The wood is nice with good figure, if a bit plain, the chequering is flat-top and well executed. The lop is 14 1/2" dah is 2" and the gun weighs 6lbs 6oz with great balance. 017431 S96 $10400.00

The barrels are 30" with strong blue and clean bores that measure: 736/.740, chokes Mod and Full, 2 1/2" chamber, 1 1/8oz Nitro proof. the stock is a straight hand, splinter with very well done chequering in unused condition, oil finish, 15" lop to chequered wood pad, 2 1/4" dah, 1 1/2" dac, 6lbs 9oz. this is a very nice and very clean Coggy. W.J. Jeffery Best Sidelock Ejector 12 Gauge. This is a really beautiful gun! The action is tight with great triggers and the engraving is way above average. The gun has arcaded fences that are reminiscent of Woodward actions and the balance of the action is covered in Holland style open scroll. The barrels are 30" with clean bores that measure: .730/.730 and the chokes are: .009/.022, 2 3/4" chamber. The stock is a straight grip/ splinter with above average wood and strong finish and chequering. The lop is 15 1/4" to an extension and the lop to original wood is 13 1/2" . 2 1/2" Drop At Heel, 6lbs 14oz. This gun is a best in every way... I think it was made by Webley and Scott. From the engraving to the barrel striking it is high quality. This gun patterns very well with 7 1/2" shot out of Winchester light 2 3/4" light load shells. William Powell 12 Gauge Boxlock Ejector Pigeon Gun. This is a really nice boxlock with a tight action and a third fastener and sideclips. The action is very tight with 80% open scroll and above average triggers. The barrel blue and furniture have 95% blue and the screws are indexed with good slots. The barrels are 30" with mirror bores that measure: .730/.730 and chokes: .012/.030. The proofs are Birmingham Nitro 1 1/4oz and the barrels measure to proof. The stock is a semi pistol grip/ splinter with nice chequering and strong finish. The stock has a well done extension that brings the lop to 14 3/4" and the lop to original wood is 13 1/8", 2 1/2" dah, 1 3/4" dac, 1/8" cast off. This gun has great balance and patterns wonderfully with federal 7 1/2 oz paper loads. The gun has good triggers and is a very above average gun. 7lbs 8oz, 2 3/4" chamber. 0150771 S276 $5500.00
