Cogswell & Harrison Konor 12 Gauge Ejector, This is another one that is for all intents and purposes a new gun. The action is very tight/ as new, with 95% case colour and very sharp scroll engraving. The barrels and furniture show 95% blue and all of the screws are fire blued and indexed. The bores are mirror and measure: .727/.727with chokes: .010/.035. The barrels are 30" with a sharp address. The stock is a straight grip/ splinter with strong, flat top chequering and good finish. The lop is 14 7/8" to a chequered butt. the dah is 2 1/4", weight: 6lbs 12oz. The barrel is 26" with good blue and bore, English proofs: .404EX Cordite 60-400 Max, 1 standing 2 folded, ramp and small bead front. The stock is a nice piece of heavy, straight grain wood with good chequering and an old hand rubbed oil finish, 14 1/4" lop to a Silvers pad, 8lbs 4oz. Fox CE 12 Gauge Straight Grip Turnbull
Fox CE 12 Gauge Straight Grip Turnbull. This gun is an upgrade from an A to a CE. The work was carried out by Doug Turnbull and when the 1st gun of this pair is laid next to this one, there is no discernible difference. The action is very clean with proper case colors and Fox house C-Grade engraving, double triggers. Barrels are 30" noted as Krupp fluid steel, the striking is perfect for a Fox, blueing is in excellent and unmarred condition, bores measure: .732/.732 with mod/full chokes. The stock is straight hand grip/splinter fore-end with beautiful wood, great contrast and figure that shows on both sides of the butt stock. Chequering and finish are in great condition as done by Turnbull. 14 3/4" LOP to a leather covered pad. 2 3/4" DAH, 1 3/4" DAC. This is the #2 gun that matches the #1 gun also on our site. They can be bought separately or as a pair. These are a flawless example of Doug Turnbull's best work and, in my opinion, much better than original.

Fox CE 12 Gauge Straight Grip Turnbull. The action on this gun is very clean, case color and full restoration by Doug Turnbull, double triggers, tight on face, factory Fox C-Grade engraving that remains sharp, colors are proper and look wonderful on this gun. Barrels are 30" long with open scroll engraving at the breech, matted rib, bore diameters of .732/.732, mod/full chokes. Barrel striking was very well done, good wall-thickness. 2 3/4" chamber. The stock is a straight hand grip/ splinter fore-end with chequering and finish in wonderful condition. Wood has beautiful figure and contrast. Gun balance is at the hinge pin. 14 3/4" LOP to a leather-covered pad. 2 3/4" DAH, 1 3/4" DAC. This is the #1 gun of the 2 like guns that we are listing and can be bought as a pair or can be split.

Francotte Eagle Grade 12 Gauge VL&D Import. The action on this gun is tight with full coverage scroll engraving, game scene on both plates, eagle in gold on bottom of action. The scroll is tight, remains well-defined, fences are carved with banner and a canthus. Side clips, Greener crossbolt, double triggers, non-auto safety are present. Ejectors are well-timed, furniture and screws are in very good condition. Most of a fresh case color remains. The barrels are 30" with strong blue, script on barrels remain fresh, scroll engraved doll's head and bands around the breech. Wall thickness is good. The bores are very clean with barrel dimensions of .735/.735 and chokes of imp cly/imp mod. The stock is a pistol grip/ splinter with above average wood, very nice contrast and figure that matches on both sides of the stock. The chequering and finish are both in very good condition. 14 3/4" LOP to a leather covered pad. This gun has very nice balance and feels lighter than the stated weight. In all ways, a very handsome gun.
